I bought on eBay an Evo X Cluster and I want to know if it can be possible to change the RA's cluster with the Evo X...

Why did you get a cluster from an evo?
Was it for the higher redline display?

Pictures!

If you mean the Tach and Speedometer cluster, I would be interested to know if its interchangable too. I love how the evo has a higher speed listed as well as the orientation of the needles on the dials.

Oh man!!! Sweet!

How much did you buy it for?

How about a write up on what you did to uninstall the stock RA unit & install the EVO unit?

Screwdriver is the only tool that you need to remove three (3) screws...

Wouldn't you have to switchover the mileage from your old cluster?

OVNI

Nope...the cluster carries the millage and periodic inspection...

So are you saying before you switched out the cluster, you originally had 7270 miles? And after you switched the cluster, it still read 7270 miles?

OVNI

No,

Original (OEM) Cluster = 1080 miles

EvoX (Installed) = 7270

I would see if a Mitsubishi Dealer could swap over the Correct mileage.

They can swap the millage using this tool: MB991958

OVNI Where did you get the dash board service sheet. Do you know where do get the whole service manual?

+1. I'd like to know where to get my hands on that.

So in theory, the process would be the same if we wanted to swap in the 2010 Evo X cluster?

You wouldn't be able to post directly to the forums, but something like one of the following sites will allow you to post it for download for free.
