Hi everybody,

Yesterday I bought a Sportback from South Coast Mitsu to replace my '98 Eclipse GSX. So far so good, though I miss shifting for myself. But now my wife can drive my car, and I can put my two kids in it.

nice, just throw it in to sportmode & put in manual mode, love the paddles more thou, feels like im in need for speed shift/ F1 racer. All I need now is gloves & a helmet haha

Welcome. Congratulations on the car. Are you going to go to the south coast meet this Thursday @ 6pm? All the tacos you could possibly eat!!!

Nice! I used to have 1995 GSX. While it was a grat car, putting kids in the back was a PITA. This is a much more family oriented car - you'll love it!

In the Announcements forum there's only the meet from January listed. Where is it?

The meet is at the same place you mentioned you bought your car from. I'm sure Sam can give you more specific info.

Yep, just show up there this Thursday after 6pm, and start eating tacos. I'll be there for sure. I just have to be careful, Sam has been trying to make me buy an evolution :rolleyes:

Rotor Glow. :) My wife was torn between that and the red. I liked the white, but I was open to pretty much any color except black. And that just because I don't have time to wash it frequently enough.

I've had the car a week and so far three times someone in the parking lot has complimented me on the car and asked questions.

I think it's a winner.

Yah i know what you mean, my wife loves like me, she always wants to drive it. I was suppose to get red one, but they sold the last one so i got black. I went to the long beach. I head the 2011 will be a little faster and lighter but im really happy with this one.
