Default Air filter change - Quick n' Easy (Part 1)

Ladies (if there are any on here ) , and Gentlemen, here are a few quick and easy steps for changing the air filter.

Step 1 - Recommended Tools: socket wrench, socket extension, 10mm socket (A 10mm wrench will suffice if you have small hands)

Step 2 - Locate Air Box Secure Bolt & Remove: This is a bolt at the bottom right side of the air box, next to the fuse box, and just above the battery. Remove this bolt.

Step 3 - Secure bolt in hand, note fit of air filter: This bolt isn't very large so don't misplace it. Note fit of air filter in air box, and then lift the two metal straps holding the filter in place.

Step 4 - Air filter removal: While pulling right side and snorkel away from the engine, rotate the air filter corner nearest to upward and remove the filter.

Step 5 - Snorkel pull illustration & air box lower teeth. Note the direction to pull snorkel and right side of air box. Also note the lower teeth of the air box that must remain engaged for proper air filter fitment.
