Default Air filter change - Quick n' Easy (Part 2)

Clean or replace air filter as required. If you have an oiled filter, please take your time for each step as specified by the filter manufacturer.

Step 6 - Re-insert air filter: Insert far end of air filter first, and then end closest to you, rotating the filter downward as shown by my finger. Flip down metal straps to secure filter in air box.

Step 7 - Check fitment of air filter: I like to feel around all the edges and check with a flashlight that the filter is seated properly and that the bottom teeth of air box are engaged correctly.

Step 8 - Align air box to re-insert securing bolt: The air box will likely need to be wiggled a little to ensure the bolt can fit through the hole correctly. Insert the bolt and tighten. I'm not sure of the torque specs, but I try to estimate somewhere around 15-20ft/lb.

That's it!
