Default Ralliart and EVO body questions

I only notices 3 body differences between Ralliart and EVO:
1) Fender Vents; 2) Front Nose area; 3) Fog Light area

1) EVO has Fender Vents, but really works?
2) EVO's nose, in the middle part, has two open quadrant areas, what's the function?
And is this middle part of the nose removable or replaceable? How to remove it? Is it fit for Ralliart? Same size?

One more thing, when I open the cap of Ralliart tow hook, it's all white plastic foam, how can I install a two hook? Any idea? Do I need remove the bumper and install one?

Thank you, everybody. I'm new here.

1. Removing the vents reveals 2 holes....so yes, air does pass through

2. The two open areas allow air to hit the intercooler....the RA doesnt need these holes because the intercooler is much much smaller...IF you upgrade your RA intercooler with an Evo intercooler you will see how much the plastic piece covers the intercooler

- a member here fabricated a slip on piece for the front bumper...after cutting it up of course.

3. I believe there is a piece of foam across the bumper....if you search the forums you will see RA without their bumpers revealing the foam piece...
