What are the wheel stud specs?

The thread pattern is 12x1.5 if that's what you're looking for

All Mitsubishis from the early 1989 Eclipse to the Galant VR-4 to the 3000GT VR-4 to the EVO 1-10 use the same wheel stud. Any extended stud listed for the EVO will fit your car. I would stick with the ARP studs only is you are looking at extended studs.
