Default HKS Oil Cooler Kit For Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X and Lancer Ralliart

HKS Oil Cooler Kit For Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X and Lancer Ralliart - UPDATED!

HKS has announced their Oil Cooler Kit for Mitsubishi's Lancer Evolution X (CZ4A) is now available. The product number is 15004-AM013 and the retail price is 78,000 Yen excluding tax. The tuner notes that the 4B11 engine oil temperature rises rapidly under hard running such as that seen on the circuit. They tested a car at the Fuji Speedway short course on July 15th and after five laps the oil temp reading exceeded 130 degrees celsius. After R&D, their solution involved adding a more efficient core to the stock oil cooler design, which resulted in a drastic improvement in cooling efficiency (almost 10 degrees less peak). Their aluminum panel air guide attachment is designed to direct air into the core of the unit. To those on the quest of cooling, lower temps and better performance can also be improved via installation of other HKS cooling parts. There's the low temperature thermostat for starters.

HKS's front bumper for instance free up space and optimize airflow to the front of the car. Their oil cooler aides in the lowering the water and oil temperature as well. Specs: Core-Size: W200xH220xD48mm - 15 rows.

I couldn't find any more information about it. Here is a link to the USA HKS Evo X products. I figure it'll be announced there when available.
