Default STOCK stereo with amp

So im planning to take the old pioneer system from my last car and put it in my ralliart.(amp, subs)I dont see any good solutions for changing the deck so I'm thinking that the best choice will be to just wire my amp/subs to the stock stereo. My amp has a bass knob so I think it will work out just fine.No bass on the deck to the speakers and all the bass going to the subs being controlled with the knob.Installing everything should be super easy, ive done it about a billion times(exageration). But I have never wired an amp to a stock stereo.Every time ive done it in the past, ive installed a new deck.So I guess my question is, has anyone done this before(stock stereo with amp)if so how did you wire everything to stock harness.

Default get a clean sweep.

im going to do the same with my ralliart. ive been doing car audio 15 years, ive never kept a stock deck but the kit is ugly and fits like shit. jl or rockford and some other companies make signal processors that clean up the sound when you do amps to stock radios. high low converters will do the job but if you want the maximum sound quality get one of those. stock radios come preset with frequency adjustments to make stock speakers sound better than they are so when you change them and amp them your still limited. trust me big difference

Default jackel

I read your build thread and was wondering where to find this....................Re-Q Volume Sensing Bass Restorer
It sounds like it will clean everything up and make the install painless

I bought 4 speakers (50') that i will install in the doors. Do I need a amplifier? Is there one in already in non RF system. I imagine if there is not one already it will be pricey. I have no idea how to install one.
