We traded in our '04 Wrangler which was a royal POS. We had just rebuilt the rearend. The dash harness was about to catch fire (for real) for the 3rd time...cant say enough bad things about it, lol. I hope the Ralliart is a better vehicle. Its done a couple of wierd things so far, not starting on the first try,now the CD player is'nt playing out the left side speakers...I just have sh-----y luck I guess. I do LOVE the turbo, lol, and the looks are killer.

The thing about the deck playing only out of one side while on CD mode is a warranty issue and will be covered under warranty. It is a known issue and I am having my stock deck replaced for the 2nd time.

I figured it would be covered under warranty, but its nice to know Im not the only one who's experienced it. Thanks for the heads up! It would'nt be a recall yet would it?

Lots of people have the hesitating to start issue too. It happens less and less as the car is broken in.

They will replace the deck without question after they verify it themselves and of course they are not going to put out a recall for this , why would they want to advertise this? Besides it is something that does not occur in every deck. My guess is it will only show up in cars that are subjected to a lot of bumps and vibration like if you live in an area with crappy roads chances are sometime in the first 2 years of driving your stock base model deck may go bad.

Where as someone who only drives their car on weekend and never takes it off pavement and lives where the roads are actually smooth may never experience this problem.

Why would they ever advertise a problem then? But anyway, what you're saying is since I live down 2.5 miles of gravel road that they BARELY every maintain and I drive my car daily, that may be the reason my deck went bad? lol, nice call.

Good to hear the no start thingy goes away after awhile as well. Oddly it only happens to me, its never happened to my wife...which Im very thankful for. It would freak her out.

you can check for recall under mitsu website, there is a link to check for recall, but lets keep on topic, please.
Recall & warranty issues should be in a thread of its own.
In case someone else has similar issue & dont have to look thru the whole forum to find out.
Thank you for your cooperation.
