Is that El Toro? Southern California Lancer Club? Was it an SCCA-sanctioned event? If so, what class are you in? I'm guessing H-stock.

Thanks for posting. This site is for all years of Ralliarts so bring some of your friends.

depends on your budget & style.
Best ones are Carbon fiber full face helmets (light weight)
just reference

or
I have a budget one which was 99.00 HJC full face

You want to go to the actual store to try on the helmets to test fit your head, it must be tight & not lose on your head. *VERY IMPORTANT*

Modular one are pretty useful

Go to any bike accessories shop & test fit your head & have them help you determine your head size
& either support your local shop or order online once you know what size your head is & make sure it the same brand/mfg cause sometimes brand/mfg sizes varies.

Me personally, I would get Carbon fiber (strong & light weight) &/or modular one (convenience) if I can afford it.
Why I got the one I got? because I was cheap & I was on a budget.

For SCCA Solo, and M rated helmet is legal. I plan on doing club eventually, and maybe even some RallyX so I have to go with an SA rating. I went with your standard run of the mill open faced helmet, SA2005.
