I'm thinking the wheels are smaller due to the nature of rally racing. Smaller wheels+bigger tires probably suits the sport better. Not speaking from experience, just guessing. Can anyone back me up?

I know they built this RA for Rally.
I just wanted their reasoning behind the decision.
Softer ride? More tire more grip? less wheel less weight?
