Default Turbo swap

Hey guys,
Not 100% sure on everything that needs to be done before putting a bigger turbo (probably just an evo x) into my 2011 ralliart.
I have an evo x fmic, licp, injen short ram intake with polished aluminum uicp, battery is in the trunk for room in the engine bay and a evo x blow off valve.
Additionally I would like to replace the cam as well if any of you smart people out there could help point me in the right direction on what needs to be done I'd appreciate it.

Why replacing the cams? Are you planning on high boost? If so, you need to strengthen all the internals...meaning replace ALL engine components...piston, rod, valves, timing chain etc..otherwise...save your money...cuz all the evo parts that you have it's good enough for 270+ (depends on dunk and tune) but if you're in LA area...visit road race engineering...they'll guide you thru it...
