Yeah, the box for the ralliart will be smaller allowing you to keep the factory battery.

Thank god for that. I need the bigger battery for starting at -40 and to run the juice to both my car audio amps.
Is there a way they could use the hood scoop? I mean even if we had to change to a bigger or different one this would keep it back behind the battery and a scoop that was taller on top of the hood not underneath would give it a more aggressive look and actually make our scoop functional. Imagine that!

The intake is a for sure thing and is being developed now.. The hood scoop idea was just something that Ken was talking to me about, but I doubt it will happen.
The AEM Intake will be a boxed unit like the one for the X, and sit behind our stock battery. So no need for a mini battery or battery relocation.

i have been talking to AEM since 2009 about a intake for the RA... they just are very picky about how stock the RA is... i guess they just want BONE stock cars.... lame..... haha

In short, it is very crucial to cross check the device before putting it to work. This is because they come in different versions sizes and color.

Any idea on how long this will take?
