The RA compressor housing is like the Evo 8/9 so it just needs a coupler.

Does the intake really need a tune? I'm getting a tune at Buschur in Ohio and it's a 6 hour drive from Canada.

Just need to know if it was safe to drive it there. I don't have a wideband as of yet... I need to get one soon.

I'm getting stories left and right; saying it doesn't need a tune and others saying it does etc..
If the MAF tube is larger then stock then yes it should need a retune. At the very least you should check your fuel trims.

In regards to if it needs a tune, if you read "Air Intake Testing Summary" you'll find the statement that it does not. Its under the first graph. It says something to the effect that it does it "while maintaining proper fuel trims and the MAF calibration". By the way, I for one, am glad its not 50 state legal 'cause most 50 state legal products end up being totally pussified to meet everyone's standards. And those talking about the fact that the hp improvement is "estimated", what do you expect? They cant dyno every car under every circumstance. $300 is a bit steep but about what you pay for damn near anything nowdays, lol.
