Default Noise from brake and turn

Hi guys;

Saw lots of post about noise from RA, and here is what I experiencing and see if anyone can help me?

My 2012 RA , bought in July, 2012.
Currently 16000km on it!
All stock , and using 16" sparco rims during winter.

Problem:
1) noise from braking the first couple time when the weather is cold (-10C or below) , then it will be gone after a few min of driving
2) noise from brake and turning at low speed, (parking lot etc) . It has this kinda dusting sound! Like your wheel is full of snow or dust! And this happen in all temputure.

Went back to stealership in December to diagnose the problem, their top tech just saying its normal, cuz there will be lots of build up of dirt on the suspension, he told me to make sure I spray high pressure water gun underneath my car and suspension! And I did that for 3 months, the noise still appear!

If anyone has experience this problem before or knowing what it actually is, will be very helpful to me! Thanks

Default Brake noise

I don't put on my e-brake after I wash my car because the pads stick to the rotors and when I first drive after this, the sound is very rough. I am guessing it is from some of the pad surface sticking to the rotors.

Also keep in mind that surface rust sets up on the rotors over night.
It makes the very noise that was described and then disappears.
