Default Clunk in xmission when turning off

Lately I've noticed a disturbing clunk when turning off my car. It usually happens when I get home from work. I've gone about 25 miles, most of it on the 405 in moderate to heavy traffic. I pull in the garage with the A/C on, put it in park, set the brake & turn off the ignition. As the engine winds down there's a clunk from the transmission and the car gets a jolt. It's as if the clutch(es) release just before the engine stops running, engaging the transmission and causing the clunk & slight movement.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known issue?

It's normal. There were so many things that used to scare me when I first got my car, but I've come to realize that they're all normal noises/movements. Technology at it's finest!

In addition, It probably won't happen with the A/C off, Or at least not as much. Try turning off the A/C before the turning off the car.
