Sry Im not making any sense today. Im just tired.
I just look at your build list.

Darton Sleeves This is very important during installation.
Arias 86.5mm Pistons why? .5mm what about piston rings & seal, etc.
Main, Rod and Thrust Bearings oem?
Eagle H beam rods What spec?
ARP Main and Head studs Good idea
AMS Cam Cap
Kelford 214B Cams why?
(just trying to understand where you're going?)
Beehive Springs and Retainers What series?
New gaskets OEM?
CBRD RAD Turbo why? (just trying to understand where you're going?)
Walboro 255 Fuel pump why?

850cc Injectors why?
(just trying to understand where you're going?)
A lot of machine work!
What was machined? .5mm?

Thats one hell-of-a-list.

Basically, you will be up on compression. .5mm bore & faster with aggressive 214B Cams.
More flow from RAD Turbo.
You may want to do the math & your fuel delivery to match. Im bad at new math.

ok to answer some questions
sleeved motor and pistons is because of the damage from shrapnel when the engine popped. and rad is not where the engine will be forever just a stepping stone. plan on bigger eventually but for now its my DD and i didnt want to have to build the engine twice and i want it ready for a bigger turbo and more power. the same goes for the cams they will work with the rad and still will work with the next turbo i have no plans of massive HP but i just always want more and i need to step into it lol

everything is being replaced and .5mm is because they are what was stocked and easy to get ahold of.

Main, Rod and Thrust Bearings oem?

i believe they are all acl i know the bearings are

Eagle H beam rods What spec?

dont know

ARP Main and Head studs Good idea
AMS Cam Cap
Kelford 214B Cams why?
(just trying to understand where you're going?)

this way they are upgraded now and i dont worry about it later when switching turbos

Beehive Springs and Retainers What series?

series is unknown but as far as i know its whatever kelford suggested lol

New gaskets OEM?

dont know this either but i dont believe so

CBRD RAD Turbo why? (just trying to understand where you're going?)

answered in above post

Walboro 255 Fuel pump why?

850cc Injectors why?
(just trying to understand where you're going?)

these are for just in case i can talk the wife into e85 :fingerscrossed:

A lot of machine work!
What was machined? .5mm?

i dont know what was machined but for as long as its been in the damned retarded machine shop it better be more than just boring .5mm haha but i could ask my mechanic to ask the machine shop...

http://horsepowercalculators.net/tun...ing-calculator

Note: Im not promoting any calculators.
Just reading materials. If you do buy it share the info.

If you can do your own math you dont need calculators.

You should do thermal & friction coating while it is still in pieces. imo.

Are those tool marks or is it just lighting & camera?
