Finally got my cable!

Have some questions though. I've been reading all the docs how-to's and such, but a few things are still escaping me.

In EvoScan, It tells me it is unable to read the ECU using 'ODBII EFI' as the selection. Is this normal?

Also, It does not appear to be writing/saving any logs I run. I don't see a 'save' option, but did find that "auto write log" was checked.

After I read/write using ECUFlash, I have the Check Engine Light. I recall reading that the read/write does this and there's a trick to turn it off, but can't find it again amongst the thousands of threads regarding ECUFlash.
